To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • For hygiene and sanitation reasons, items that show visible pet hair, biological contamination, or food residue cannot be accepted for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective in transit, please take clear photos or a short video of the issue and email us at support@pawvane.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or immediate refund without requiring you to pay return freight.
