Pawvane specializes in shipping high-quality pet essentials directly to customers located in the United States and the United Kingdom. We partner with established logistics carriers (USPS, Royal Mail, CJPacket) to deliver tracked parcels safely to your doorstep.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our logistics carriers within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking notification via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

*Note: Bulky hygiene items or specialized smart feeders may occasionally take between 12 and 25 business days depending on customs and local courier capacity.

4. Shipping Rates

• Standard Tracked Shipping: Calculated at checkout (typically $4.95 – $8.95 depending on item weight).
• Free Shipping: Available on all qualifying orders of $45.00 USD or more.

5. Tracking Your Order

Every Pawvane order includes a dedicated tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours from dispatch for the carrier to update initial scan points online.

6. Address Accuracy & Inquiries
